About Us
Nestled in Morris County since the 1700s, steeped in history as a place of forage during the revolutionary war for Washington and his troops, Fish Brook Farm is home to various breeds of Cattle, Chickens who provide farm fresh eggs, and Honey Bees providing delicious local honey with medicinal properties. The farm is home to the Hedges-Fish homestead (est 1751) listed in the Local register of historic places.
Currently, the Fish family (9th Generations) actively farms the land. Donna and Doug have taken over the honey bee operation from our longtime beekeeper and are now making our products available to the general public.
